Glizzler AI Improvements + fixes

Changed Glizzler AI to better match what I had envisioned originally, much better now.

Fixed 20+ Text issues
fixed missing hitboxes
added more guiding lights near park entrance
Increased Collision on newspaper article stand
Added clarification when Glizzler appears on what to do and how to beat him.
